About Me.

I am driven by a lifelong commitment to personal growth, curiosity, self-inquiry, and meaningful impact. At my core, I’m motivated by a simple purpose—to lift others. I currently do so as an executive coach and leadership consultant at Pennington Human Dynamics, where my small yet mighty team works with senior leaders and teams across diverse organizations around the globe. In 2026, I launched my own coaching practice, through which I offer transformational mindset and growth coaching to women who find themselves at a crossroads in their careers.

Prior to this, I spent nearly two decades building a career that has afforded me many opportunities to gain meaningful experiences—and invaluable perspective. Most impactful were my role as a leader of an award-winning nonprofit startup in higher education that originated in Silicon Valley, as well as a variety of leadership and strategic human resources roles in the corporate sector, including serving as Chief of Staff at a Fortune 15 financial services company and Chief Administrative Officer of a nationally regulated bank. I have built, led, and developed teams with a focus on fostering a work environment that enables others to find meaning—and to thrive.

I was born in Germany, where I lived until age 15 when my parents moved our family to the United States. I moved to Colorado in 2021 not knowing a soul and now call the idyllic, community-oriented (and arguably magical) small town of Fort Collins, nestled in the foothills of Colorado, home. I earned a BA in Psychology from Mount Holyoke College, as well as an MA in Organizational Psychology and a Graduate Certificate in HR Management from the University of New Haven. As a lifelong meditator, yogi, athlete, and nature enthusiast, I continuously look for opportunities to share my grounding practices with others.
